Julianne Healey

Julianne serves as International Justice Mission's Development Program Lead. In this role, she is able to bring her talents in project management and leadership alongside her passion for social justice. Before joining IJM Canada, Julianne worked with Novus Global, an elite coaching firm, as an executive coach and Manager of Novus Global Sports.

Julianne graduated from the University of Alberta with her Bachelor’s in Criminology and completed the Meta Performance Institute for Coaching with Novus Global. She has over 15 years of experience in the non-profit sector, building and leading teams, and project management.

Julianne lives in Calgary, Canada with her husband. When Julianne isn’t working you can find her in the mountains hiking, camping, and fly fishing.
